Please allow time for your JJ.Hicks order to be prepared before shipment.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated shipping time is 3–7 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from the 3–7 business day shipping timeframe.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of JJ.Hicks’ control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or your local delivery office.
